Artwork Requirements

There are no requirements!  Send fax, photo copy, business card, letterhead or just a written description and we guarantee we will provide you with art that will satisfy you!  Our only requirement is that we will not start on the project until we have your written approval to begin.  And we don’t expect that until we have given you a final price quote.  Now that is simple!

It saves time to receive your art using the following guidelines:

  • Provide clean line art (vector) or camera ready artwork.
  • If you would like an exact color match then you must supply PMS color number.(See Dropdown menu)  There is a $35 charge for each exact PMS match.
  • Any type set on paths should be converted to outlines (curves).  Windows Logo

The following file formats are accepted (Macintosh or Windows)

Adobe Illustrator (WPS, PDF or AI)
Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
Corel Draw (CDR)
High Resolution JPEG

Windows LogoPlease contact us with any questions about artwork, we can help and the cost is free.  We provide free email proofs.  After the third revision (email proof) there will be a $25.00 charge for each additional email proof.  Actual sample prices vary ($25-$75) as does production time.
